Boers & Breuer Totaalbouw is a family-run building company from Waalwijk, in the heart of Noord-Brabant. Joeri Boers started it with his wife because they saw too much unfairness in construction: unclear quotes, extra costs that appear halfway, and contractors who run six jobs at once and are never there. We do it differently.
We take on one large project at a time. Our own team of seven does the building work, the electrical installation to NEN 1010 and the plumbing and heating, so you never have to coordinate between companies. And Joeri, your only contact, speaks English and Spanish fluently. For the international families and professionals in the Brainport region and the rest of Brabant, that combination is rare.

Joeri visits your house, looks at the structure and installations and listens to what you want. You get an honest view of what is realistic for your budget.
Plan, permit & quote
We turn your wishes into a plan, check whether a permit is needed and apply for it. You get an itemised quote in English, with the price and the handover date in writing.
One team on site
Building, electrics and installation by our own team, on your project every working day. Anything unexpected is discussed with you first, never invoiced afterwards.
Handover & aftercare
We walk through the result together, fix the last points and hand over with a warranty on our work. After that, we stay reachable.

Joeri Boers trained in building engineering (bouwkunde) and has worked in construction for 22 years, always independently. Together with his wife he started Boers & Breuer Totaalbouw with a simple idea: an honest price, a clear planning, and a client who can relax because one person keeps the overview.
The team is small on purpose: seven permanent people, including specialists in electrics, installation and foundations, and several all-round carpenters. When a job needs extra hands, we bring in trusted people from our network, who work under our planning and our standard. We have delivered more than 250 projects, from bathrooms to full renovations and business premises.
